As soon as you complete your order you will receive an acknowledgement email.

At this point:

• your order will be reviewed by our certified pet nutritionists then forwarded to the fulfillment department.
• the fulfillment department will make the diet based on the custom form information as approved by the nutritionist.
• the final quality check will be completed after all meals are packaged.
• the initial order will be ready for shipment within 10 days of order confirmation. 
• your order will be delivered within 2 days to your door.
• subsequent orders are delivered every 2 weeks.
