The preparation process begins when you place your order. Our certified nutritionists will confirm the complete and balanced diet mix based on your pet’s criteria. Preparation advances to our fulfillment department where only the best ingredients; meats, vegetables, fruits are selected, cleaned, weighed, cooked and packaged. To preserve natural vitamins and minerals we slow cook the meats at low temperature, and steam the vegetables and fruits. Cooked batches are vacuum sealed into individual daily pouches and packaged for delivery.
