BEEF O’LEARY

CHOICE CHUCK ROAST – The rich palatability of this shoulder cut is due to a superior fat/protein ratio. Beef is a top source of pyridoxine (B-6) and cobalamin (B-12), iron, zinc and magnesium.

LONG GRAIN BROWN RICE – This food is low in saturated fat, and very low in cholesterol and sodium. It is a good source of selenium, manganese, thiamin (B-1), niacin (B-3) and pyridoxine (B-6).
